PhatNotes Desktop Edition runs on Windows XP SP2 or later systems and includes synchronization for Windows Mobile (ActiveSync 4.5 or WMDC 6.1) and iPhone. PhatNotes Desktop Edition also offers many advanced features including rich text editing and formatting, file attachments, hyperlinks between notes, multiple notes database support with tree-like views, hierarchical notes organizer, integration with PhatPad, customizable views, user reminders, voice note attachments, and more. The current version of PhatNotes Desktop is compatible with PhatNotes 5.4 or later for Windows Mobile and PhatNotes 1.0 or later for iPhone. Windows Mobile and iPhone software is sold separately. |

Upgrade Policy
If you are a registered user of PhatNotes 5.x, you can upgrade your desktop software to version 5.6 free of charge.Please note that Windows Mobile software is not included with this software, so you will be continue using PhatNotes 5.4 on your mobile device. To update:
- Write down your current registration code.
- Download and install PhatNotes Desktop Edition 5.6.
- Enter your current registration code if prompted.
Users of older versions of PhatNotes can purchase PhatNotes Desktop 5.6 here.
System Requirements
- Personal, Multimedia or portable computer with Pentium IV 500MHz or better processor.
- Microsoft Windows XP, Windows 2003 Server, or Windows Vista.
- Microsoft ActiveSync 4.5 or later for Windows XP or WMDC 6.1 or later for Windows Vista
- 30MB of free disk space for full installation, an additional 30MB required for temporary files during installation.
- 256 MB of memory minimum Super VGA, 16-bit color or better video adapter. Microsoft Mouse or compatible pointing device.
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or later.
