Important information about technical support, please read!

To submit technical support questions use the Support Form . This will ensure that we receive your question.
When submitting the support request using the Support Form make sure that you have specified the correct email address. About 5% of our replies to support emails are bouncing back as undeliverable emails. We answer all the support emails, and if you did not receive a reply it means that we cannot reach your email address or we have not received your email.

If you have not received the reply form PhatWare within 3 (three) business days:

  • Check that your email address is correct
  • Check that you or your email provider do not have any filters that might reject emails sent to you from PhatWare support Try using a different email address if you have one
  • Resubmit the support form
